Ahh, the puppy stage, the most challenging yet important part of any dog’s life. Fear not because we will show you how to properly manage your pup and build a solid foundation that will benefit both of you for years to come.

Ready to learn? Here’s what we’re diving into: Hand biting, potty and crate training, confidence building, socialization, operant and classical conditioning, dog learning theory, marker training, nutrition and toys, concepts in motivation, proper management, and any at-home issues you may have.

My dog Riley would drag me around with the leash, would want to chase after bicyclists, and other dogs. I had a 70 lb dog jumping up on me with excitement every time he saw me. He also wouldn’t get along with our two senior poodles. After looking into training facilities, I brought my belgian malinois here at a desperate attempt to change him. He spent a little over six weeks with ezpups, and we got him back a completely changed my handsome baby! He no longer jumps up on family members, doesn’t have an aggressive compulsion to chase after any breathing thing he comes across, he gets along with the other dogs in our home. Just wanted to take the time and shout out Joe and the rest of the staff at EZ Pup! The staff here at EZ Pups communicated well, built trust with not only my dog, but with us as owners, and worked with our dog day in and day out to reach the needs we needed to train our cattle dog. is this course for everyone?

Yes! This course is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in training with their 18 week – 1 year old puppy.

If you have a puppy younger than 18 weeks, please contact us prior to enrollment.

should i bring any equipment?

Yes. Please bring a leash, collar, or harness (both is even better!), a bag of your dog’s favorite treats, a toy, and water.

Is this a private class?

Yes, you and your pup will have undivided one on one instruction from your trainer.

Do you offer payment assistance?

Yes! We have an in-house payment plan. If you would prefer this option, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to come up with a plan that works best.

Is There An Advanced Course?

Yes! After graduation from this course, you and your pup will have the option of enrolling in our Advanced Off-Leash program, a course designed to take everything you learned in these classes off-leash. Give your dog the freedom they desire while relaxing in comfort, knowing they will listen to you regardless of the situation.
