Davin was the first person I called when I rescued my pup. Little did I know, that call would change my life completely. I was looking for dog training and ended up moving across the country to be the one training! Guess who had the best first day at work ever though?! Me! I got to spend the entire day training with my doggy! Definitely a perk of the job!
Now, through lots and lots of “proud dad” moments, here I am still absolutely loving this journey! To describe it with one word, I’d have to say REWARDING.
It’s so much more than just training dogs. It’s also how we are able to change lives. We had a couple once who brought us their dog Ansel. He was a beautiful Akita but boy oh boy was he dangerous. They couldn’t take him anywhere without having a muzzle on him. Long story short, he ended up never needing it again. I actually have a photo of him licking my face!
That’s my WHY. Dogs deserve the best and it’s a privilege to be a part of their stories.
