We use your information to answer your request, recommend training options, schedule and follow up on a consult, protect the website, and understand which pages help families find us.

Calls, texts, and email

If you provide a phone number or email address, EZ Pups may use it to respond about your dog and training request. We will not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to calls or texts is not required to buy dog training.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an EZ Pups text to opt out, or contact us to change how we follow up with you.

Cookies and website measurement

We use essential cookies to keep forms secure, remember a submission long enough to show the next page, and prevent spam or duplicate requests.

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and similar advertising tools to see which pages help families find us and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. These tools use cookies and receive information such as the pages you visit, the contact buttons you tap, whether a consult request went through, your device and browser, and how you arrived. When you send a consult request, we also give Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address and phone number you gave us, and give Meta a hashed copy of your email address, so they can tell which of our ads led to it. We never send them your name, message, or details about your dog. You can manage personalized Google ads at myadcenter.google.com.

When information leaves EZ Pups

We use service providers to host and protect the website, store requests, deliver calls, texts, or email, and measure our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information or give it to other companies for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect you, EZ Pups, or others.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide follow-up, run and protect the business, meet legal obligations, and honor communication preferences.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete information connected to a website request. We may need to verify that the request is yours, and some information may need to remain for legal, security, or opt-out purposes.
